As a Tech Lead, you will : - Lead cross functional teams to develop, install, configure, customize and integrate our CLM solutions for customers in the aviation and aerospace industry.
-Lead other engineers in resolving complex technical challenges - Consult directly with customers to ensure project success, including : 1. Understand customer requirements 2. Estimate project effort and work with the project managers on timelines 3. Manage project deliverables - Employ Agile/Test Driven Development (TDD) best practices : 1. Write and test user stories 2. Work with developers to break down user stories into tasks 3. Write code to implement requirements in a TDD process 4. Assess developer productivity against timelines - Manage or delegate the management of a continuous integration environment Guide, coach and mentor software engineering teams on engineering best practices processes Wed like to talk to you if you have : - 9 years of experience in software engineering - Led software development teams before, ideally using Agile Scrum methodology - The ability to take technical ownership of assigned projects from high- level project scope down to details of the individual class and API design - Experience in a consulting environment, balancing the competing priorities of customers, project management, and your development team - Developed Java-based server-side solutions such as JEE and Spring - Developed solutions using XML technologies such as XSLT, XSL- FO, XPath, XQuery - Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, Docker, relational databases - Excellent oral and written communication skills
