Job Description : - MyOperator is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager that can take our product development teams to the next level in the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices.
-The ideal candidate will bring previous experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to help drive revenue growth and increased effectiveness in the value and quality of the software we create. Our new Scrum Master must be able to excel in an ambiguous environment and be hungry and poised to drive change within the organization. Responsibilities : - Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements.
-Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Ensure standards of technical/SRS documentation.
-Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict.
-Communicate project risks.
-Manage projects in JIRA; providing software training to team members as needed.
-Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to the leadership team.
-Assist in training team members and other employees on Agile and Design Thinking concepts.
-Above all else, foster and model a collaborative team environment is driven to build great software while having fun. Qualifications : - Past experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager.
-Bachelors degree.
-Proven leadership and motivation skill.
-Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally.
-Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
