Senior Java Developer/ Senior Software Developer Job Location - Gurgaon Summary : The position holder will be a part of organizations software development team and will be responsible for development of various local (India) software applications. Job Responsibilities : - Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance - Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle - Write well designed, testable, efficient code - Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications - Prepare and produce releases of software components - Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Desired Profile : - Experience required- 3-5 years - B. Tech, MCA, M. Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related subject - Proven hands-on Software Development experience - Proven working experience in Java development - Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms - Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
-Hands on experience in Web Services (SOAP,REST) - Hands on experience in development IDE (Eclipse, Intelij Idea) - Hands on experience on using application server (Apache Tomcat 7, Weblogic 12c,Jboss) - Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc) - Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) - Experience in the Spring Framework, Maven - Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Spring MVC,JSF, JSP, Servlet, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery) - Complete understanding of SDLC - Experience with test-driven development - Good to have BPM Concept, Activiti, Vaadin, Jasper Report
