Looking for candidate who is ready to relocate to Pune. Job Overview : This role will be responsible for the designing, implementation and maintenance of Projects. Technologies required : Java, J2ee,Spring,webservices,Servlets, Struts,Oracle Interview Location : Gurgaon Work Location : Pune Job Background/Context : - The position is based in India and will require the candidate to work on creating a framework for a highly extensible On-boarding platform - This role will report to the Front office Technology Team lead in NY, and have a dotted line to the enclave lead - Candidate will work independently and is highly self motivated. He will be asked to represent the organization to third parties - Applies skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs - The candidate will work with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs - Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources - Implement a framework to integrate into legacy systems and external systems - Hands on coding, authoring unit tests, performance tests and maintaining high code quality. Needs to be able to react and provide quick turnaround to business requirements and management requests - Well versed in Agile Development Life Cycle Qualifications - External : - Over 4 years of experience in enterprise Web application development using Java/J2EE technologies and Oracle as backend database - Ability to work independently, good communication skills, has experience in working on complex and medium to lare projects - Expertise in Git and developing in Continuous Delivery pipeline Hands on experience in Core JAVA, HTML, JAVSCRIPT,XML/XSL,JSON - Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot Framework, JSP, EJB, J2EE, Servlets, Struts, - Expertise in WebServices - REST, SOAP - Expertise in Serverless, Weblogic and WebSphere (optional) - Knowledge of Akka is a plus - Knowledge of NOSQL is a plus - Expertise in mocking, unit testing and perf testing of solutions - Should possess basic Unix knowledge to be able to write and understand basic shell scripts and basic Unix commands - Strong design skills on Java/J2EE and Oracle based solutions - Financial markets background is preferable but is not a must - Bachelors degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering) - Candidate should be willing to work late in the evening India time on need basis in order to interact with US onshore team and to meet urgent requests by Clients
