Job Description for IT Field Engineers Experience : 4-5 years with minimum 3 years in a similar role in any System Integrator .
-An energetic, young presentable individual with decent communication skills ( written and spoke ) in English and local language to work as a IT engineer.
-The job involves attending call for installation / deployment of product or post sales diagnostic calls on site and or in office diagnostic and repairs . The person to be able to independently be able to work on installation / diagnostic and repairs of Desktops, Laptops etc ( hardware and the standard OS and software ) and to take end customer filed calls .
-The person to also have basic functional knowledge of servers ( with windows Server OS / Linux ) and its assemble/ installation / diagnostic and should be able to do the same under remote guidance . Qualification : Diploma ( or any equivalent technical qualification ) in electronics / computers Skills : - Communication ( written and spoken English and local language ) - Knowledge of desktops, laptops, routers, switches, Wifi router etc and its installation and diagnostics and basic software like OS ( windows / linux ), MS Office, Networking protocols and TCPIP, database, - Desired Knowledge and Product Familiarity / Certifications - Lenovo, Dell, HP, IBM, Cisco, Dlink etc
