Job Description : 1. Manage multiple, simultaneous datacenter and infrastructure projects from inception through completion; TTO(Transfer To Operations) 2. Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings and make formal project reports and presentations to various senior level audiences. 3. Preferred to have the engineering or operations background of some of IT infrastructure technology. 4. Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the price negotiation, procurement and SLA. 5. Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering of business and technology, engineering resources 6. Improve quality of Requirements gathering as one of the first steps for enhancing predictable -Improve budget management of IT projects 7. Proven track record of achieving objectives on schedule, with high quality and within budget. 8. Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with competing priorities -Motivates team members, facilitates team meetings and make formal project reports and presentations to various senior level audiences. 9. Strong analytical, creative, detail oriented problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. Clear focus under pressure. 10. Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate with highly technical management -Proven capability in effectively managing the product-life-cycle and its financial impacts 11. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, IT Service operations, business process realignment and the financial and political elements of an IT organization. 12 Experience in business process re-engineering methods Essential Functions : As an IT Project Manager you will : - Coordinate functional groups? Responsibilities and deliverables with respect to process and system initiatives.
-Define and gain approval for business requirements, process modeling deliverables, project plans and charters.
-Determine project cost and project timing based on scope and complexity of the project.
-Track, develop and create release calendar for project implementation.
-Track each project schedule and create a project plan with input from the cross-functional team.
-Schedule, attend and record meetings notes.
-Update website with all information related to the project status.
-Develop and create corporate communications plans to affected customers and stakeholders. Interaction : - This individual must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.
-Limited management direction is provided to employee on new projects or assignments as well as review of activities and priorities.
-The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert on team projects.
-To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others. Qualifications : - A minimum of 5 years of experience is required; 6 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks.
