You will be accountable for end-to-end Project Management activities by creating and managing project plan and scope through the lifecycle of the projects to ensure the successful completion of a customer project to guarantee customer satisfaction. The Challenges ahead - Customer satisfaction indexes - Achievement of internal objectives (revenue, margin) - On time delivery - Successful project execution on time, on budget, agreed scope - Capitalized assets re-use, capitalized assets produced - Delivery Management - Profitability Revenue - Quality Systems Processes - Project Finance Management - Capacity Management Scheduling - Owning-up responsibility of Project Success Your key success factors : - 10 years- experience in PLM Industry Project Management (4 years- exp. in Project Management) - Effective Communication - Effective Negotiation - Performance Management and Reporting - Sourcing Recruiting - Customer Proposal writing - Business Forecasting - 3DS Services Methods, Process and tools knowledge - PLM projects in the capacity of Project Manager would be preferred - Candidate should have hands sound experience of estimation Techniques, Scheduling, planning, tracking, Proposal making, Negotiation, contract management, invoicing, billability tracking, risk management, project delivery and project success - Experience of handling Fixed Price projects in PLM domain will be certainly a plus point
