Pinnacle Pointers Pvt Ltd is seeking a Front End Web Designer with 1-4 years of direct experience in web design. Future opportunities for advancement and enhanced responsibilities exist with the company over time.
-Candidate should possess a strong understanding and knowledge of user interface design, color theory, modern design techniques, problem solving skills, and the ability to self-start are a must.
-The successful candidate will be responsible for a full range of design and development projects, including but not limited to websites, mobile applications, newsletters, landing pages, and email.
-A strong sense of design, composition and an understanding of branding (multiple in-house brands) are a must. We are a collaborative environment, requiring the ability and personality to take and give direction to other team members in a collaborative way. Responsibilities and Duties : - Develop mock-ups and wire-frames for functional and appealing web and mobile user interfaces - Translate ideas into responsive designs utilizing CSS, HTML, JQuery and JavaScript - Develop user-facing features including look and feel for multiple brands across multiple websites - Ability to edit, enhance, and manipulate designs, photos and other elements for project deliverable.
-Analyze sketches, notes, and other input material to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete the creative package with minimal supervision.
-Required to learn company design standards.
-Utilize the company standards effectively to maintain a high level of productivity.
-Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
-Candidate must be able to work with a team of designers and developers. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : Web Design/Development Skill requirements : - Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript jQuery - Proficiency in CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation - Experience in JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React or Angular - Extensive experience in front end service integration with RESTful web services - Experience with source control management tools such as Git, SVN Graphic Design Skill requirements : - Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, - Illustrate and present concept ideas by designing rough layouts, - Attention to Detail, - Deadline-Oriented Job Requirements : - Minimum of one year of direct experience working in web design/development with a portfolio.
-Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with deadlines.
-Self-Starter Ability to work with a team Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs and interaction models. Minimum Software requirements : Knowledge and experience working with : - Photoshop - Illustrator - Sketch - Microsoft Office Recommended but not required Software Proficiency : - Experience working in a PHP environment - Marketing / SEO background - Video editing skills Recommended Computer Skills : Knowledge and experience working with : - Windows 10 - Max OSX - Online project management Softwares Benefits : - Full time job - Timely salary - Opportunity to grow - 5 days working
