Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Practice Head - Cloud Come up with strategy, approach plan to build Cloud Practice. Identify right talent within org can be groomed under Cloud Practice Own, train create career path for team under the Cloud practice.
-Evaluate industry Tools techniques for Automation. Build DevOps skills with in team and move current projects/accounts towards DevOps.
-Engage with customers demonstrate Cloud capability.
-Support Sales team in coming up with Cloud business solution for the customer, pre-sales task support growing revenue from Cloud area.
-Support delivery team in solving any technical challenges in IoT area in ongoing project. Management Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Strong motivational and team building skills.
-Demonstrating the leadership necessary to make the organizations mission a success.
-This leadership includes providing leadership vision, leadership that attracts followers, and all other aspects of successful leadership.
-Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization. Experience 15 years of experience.
