Designation - VP Product/ Chief Product Officer Location - Gurgaon Shift timing - 2 PM - 11 PM Job Description - What We Want You To Do : - Ensure we provide the best possible enterprise procurement solution to the indirect spend market and our customers that delivers competitively differentiated capability, fulfills the value proposition and provides a high level of usability for both casual and expert users Lead : - Act as (agile) Product Owner for the Procurement Results solution. -Define and manage the solution roadmap to balance strategic objectives, competitive success and satisfy customer asks or needs - Define and manage metrics to include wins, adoption and NPS to reflect and calibrate success - Champion process/practice improvements via suitable metrics, processes and tools Manage : - Solution backlog and longer-term objectives to deliver a cadenced release cycle of balanced benefits - Product team members in both direct-reporting and matrixed roles to apply right talent at the right time to produce results - Conflicting priorities, feasibilities and realization capacity Collaborate : - With our UI, Engineering, QC and release introduction teams to ensure user stories, features and commitments are successfully realized, released and customer/sales-consumable with the best possible overall user experience Communicate : With our channel and channel partners to : - Understand voice of the customer - Set expectations and provide guidance With management and stakeholders to : - Understand/agree business priorities - Explore innovation opportunities - Report success - Innovate Job Requisition : What we want to see : - Strong domain knowledge of processes and state-of-industry capabilities for indirect procurement - Significant experience in a product management role for related cloud/SaaS applications - Solid foundation in enterprise-level application workflow development and user-centric design - Immediate comfort and experience with agile methods, JIRA and user story/feature roadmapping tools - Expertise in sourcing domain and/or spend-related business analytics is a plus - Familiarity with guided systems and AI-enabled user applications is a plus - Demonstrated leadership and self-direction - A collaborative approach supported by a passion for good outcomes and a readiness to articulate or defend your point of view.
