Roles and Responsibilities : - Designing and developing database table structure, queries - Strong understanding of SQL Server databases, related utilities and tools - Good knowledge of physical database design - Experience in code migration, database change management and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle - A sound knowledge of both database and system performance tuning - Sound communication skills with management, development teams, vendors and systems administrators - Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines - Implement and maintain the database design - Create database objects (tables, indexes, UDFs, views etc.) - Write database procedures, functions and triggers etc.
