Job Description : - This position is responsible for providing implementing and executing compensation and benefits strategies, deployment and ongoing management of Compensation & Benefits programs in the markets in the region.
-Major focus would be to support Compensation & Benefits initiatives, vendor management and program offerings to enable and support business strategies Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource benefits programs.
-Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Prior experience in HR Operations, Medical Benefits administration, Retirement Operations, invoicing & Vendor Management is essential.
-It includes day-to-day business priorities as well as ad hoc projects. The incumbent must be able to manage confidential information and accomplish business objectives by identifying and solving colleague issues and processing problems. Flexibility and a positive outlook are crucial as it is a fast environment and priorities can change quickly.
-This role will also be responsible for working with different stakeholders internally and externally in additional to ensuring smooth execution of deliverables on daily basis related to Benefits Operations.
-This role may be subject to additional background verification checks. Key responsibilities : - Provide Compensation & Benefits guidance primarily for Car lease process, HMO process and advice to HR Business Partners and Market HR teams to support the people agenda - Data analysis and reporting, including analyzing metrics and being able to provide insight on trends.
-Vendor management for employee benefits and ongoing monitoring and execution of daily activities for the Benefits process. Supervise the providers/ vendors who are delivering program components.
-Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and American Express procedures as they relate to market specific Compensation & Benefits programs and ensuring process documentation and governance - Query management and responsible for timely action of all the queries with 100% quality across JAPA markets on Salesforce etc.
-Perform other related duties and assist in other areas of the employee benefit programs as needed to support functional cross training.
-Additional ad hoc analysis and projects as they arise - Manage sensitive and confidential information : - Masters degree with HR Ops experience of 5 years and must have Knowledge of Salesforce is essential with Excellent verbal and written communication skills for Stakeholder management.
-Experience working with Benefits programs and vendors & prior knowledge of HR Benefits processes & Colleague life cycle.
-Strong analytical and reporting skills and ability to present data using excel.
-Knowledge of Macro, SAAS for automated analytics is preferred.
-Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail - Ability to be flexible in a collaborative work environment - Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office related products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail - Ability to be flexible in a collaborative work environment - Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Knowledge of working on Oracle, Steam, accounting reconciliation is a
