Function Description : - With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities.

-A unique aspect of EDA is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. EDA has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world.
-The American Express Enterprise Digital Member Experiences teams centralize web, mobile and push digital product management activities to support our businesses across the enterprise.
-The focus of this collaborative team is to drive growth via digital user experiences, marketing, strategy, and analytics.
-The team specializes in using data around digital product usage to drive improvements in the customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.
-The role also focuses on driving usage of digital products like Mobile App by recommending data drive feature additions using data from other offline channels. Purpose of the Role : - Deliver data driven insights and strategy for Digital Loyalty Products to drive higher member engagement with the brand and delivering business value Responsibilities : - Translate complex business issues into structured and well-thought out solutions that will drive decision-making by using business knowledge as well as sound technical knowledge - Partner with global product teams to drive engagement, spend growth and prevent attrition - Devise test and learn strategy for product experience including test planning, execution and analytics - Build data foundation for digital products by effectively bringing impression and interaction data across vendors, products and platforms together to develop a structured, customer level and analytics friendly view of the data - Partner across Application Experience Digital Product teams to drive relevant test and learn campaigns Critical Factors to Success : Business Outcomes : Deliver on acquisition analytics testing realize business benefit using below metrics: - NAA/BBA-V/ADB Acquired - Attrition Rates / Conversion rates / App Completion rates / App approval rates Deliver on customer analytics testing by contributing to enterprise digital member experiences goals : - Digital Adoption and Usage - Digital Revenue Contribution - Call Displacement Leadership Outcomes: - Put enterprise thinking first, connect the roles agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues shareholders.
