Job Location : Delhi Salary Budget : up to 8 LPA Exp : 2 Years Job Responsibilities : - Use insights derived from data analysis to drive processes improvements so that Great - Learnings business requirements are met - Help improve and evolve business intelligence layer (dashboards) for marketing and sales teams to enable automated delivery of insights to aid decision making on a regular basis - Help develop driver and predictive models to identify factors that influence conversions and help design interventions to accelerate growth - Collaborate across stakeholders to consistently align data interpretation with evolving business processes and accordingly refine automated reports - Work with technology team to improve datawarehouse design - analyse existing data and identify gaps w.r.t. business intelligence requirements Competencies Required : - Problem solving - good aptitude and analytical skills - Quick learning - ability to learn business, processes, techniques and technologies on the go - Basic understanding of what analytics is - from data to decisions - Good ability to work with complex, unstructured data from multiple sources - consolidate, analyse, interpret, clean and transform to get it ready for analysis - Ability to design approaches to solve a problem using data analysis techniques good understanding of basic data science concepts like distribution analyses, hypotheses testing, correlation analysis, indexing/ranking etc; - Basic understanding of more advanced techniques like supervised & unsupervised learning, including but not limited to regression modelling, clustering, decision trees etc.
