- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & increase market share.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.- Develop & manage a sales pipeline, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our ion exchange resins.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.Requirements: - B. Sc / M. Sc (Chemistry) / Bachelor s / Diploma (Chemical Engineering) or related field.
-5-10 years of experience in sales of Chemicals / Performance Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Lab Chemicals, preferably in an institutional sales role.
-Technical knowledge.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
