Position Purpose : The Relationship Manager for Wealth and Business Banking plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by sourcing new relationships within identified verticals and effectively cross-selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners. The primary focus is on increasing the bank s revenue streams by expanding the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio through new acquisitions and deepening existing relationships.Responsibilities :- Strategic Growth : Drive the growth of the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio by actively seeking new business opportunities and deepening existing client relationships.- Revenue Generation : Achieve revenue targets through effective cross-selling of business banking and wealth products such as Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, and Retail Assets to clients.- Quality Sourcing : Ensure the quality of sourcing by identifying and acquiring Potential Insignia Clients, maintaining high standards in client acquisition.- Client Acquisition and Management : Acquire and manage both business and individual clients, including residents and NRIs, to expand the client base and enhance revenue streams.- Product Penetration : Increase product penetration and exit barriers by cross-selling multiple products per client, thereby maximizing revenue potential.- Financial Advisory : Conduct portfolio allocations, reviews, and financial check-ups for each client at defined frequencies to provide personalized financial advice and solutions.- Collaboration : Collaborate with product specialists to deliver superior and tailored wealth management and business banking solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.- Compliance Adherence : Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes and guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.- Documentation Quality : Work towards reducing rejection rates and improving the quality of documentation to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
