The ideal candidate will be responsible for market/feasibility study/research/analysis, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome candidates of management/all backgrounds to apply.Key Objectives of this role :- Identify New business opportunities in line with organization s vision & growth plans,- Undertake detailed analysis of the product/service, market, feasibility, revenue models, funding & any other activity relating to identification & development of new business,- Build a deep understanding of the new opportunities & growth plans. Present the detailed report to the management.- Track and analyze the performance of business development activities and Prepare regular reports on progress, successes, and areas for improvement to inform senior management.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.- Analyze potential areas for expansion and growth to increase revenue streams.- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.- Plan and execute proper business and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities.- Use this information to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support business development initiatives.- Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve products and services.Required skills & Qualifications :- Master s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.- 8 years of experience in Land Acquisition or business development roles.- B2B Experience and understanding of creating business models/profitability analysis will be critical,- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective rapport, business development, sales strategies, prioritization and execution for business growth.- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.- Ability to adapt to the company s culture effectively.- Self-motivated and results-oriented.Preferred skills for this position :- Ability to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.- Exceptional networking skills to develop new connections and opportunities.- Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals that are beneficial for both the company and the client.- Ability to handle objections and reach mutually satisfying agreements.- Capability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for business growth.- Ability to identify market opportunities and align them with the company s goals.- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, identify trends, and analyze data- Ability to use market insights to inform business strategies and decisions.- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.- Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.- Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
