Area IT Sales ManagerYiron Technologies immediate hiring for the Experience IT Product Sales Specialists, Who have handle the end to end IT software Sales. Location : Chandigarh and Himachal region, Delhi NCR, South India (Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad), Maharashtra (Mumbai), Rajasthan and Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh Requirement :- Looking for Area IT Sales Manager responsible for sales of various IT products and services of the company in the designated area.
-Must have field sales experience in the range of 4-7 Years selling IT Software products/services.
-Must have experience of B2C sales as well as B2B/partners channel development.
-Must be willing to work in field sales for 80-90% of working time with intermittent reporting and reviews as per company protocols.- Having past experience of selling ERP products/CRM/HRMS software would be a plus.
-Must have excellent communication skills, client handling skills and strong aptitude.
-Must be target oriented sales professional with consistent past track record of meeting/exceeding the sales targets defined for him/her on/before the monthly closing date of the company.
-Must have own vehicle to be able to attend the meetings on the daily basis and meet the daily meeting targets. Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for the end-to-end sales lifecycle starting from Lead generation to customer demos, negotiations, proposal creation and deal closures.
-Regular calling to the customers (both cold calls for the appointments and follow-up calls during the lead cycle).- Fix the appointments for customer meetings for self/team using various channels as per the weekly route plan.
-Attend customer meetings on the ongoing basis to present/demo the company s profile, products and services to customers.- Develop the B2B sales channel of interested partners in the assigned region and nurture them for sales growth.
-Update all the interactions and meeting logs into the company s CRM system on the daily basis along with regular updates on weekly/monthly sales pipeline.
-Diligently plan the weekly/monthly schedule to meet the weekly as well as the monthly sales targets.
-Work as an individual mostly in addition to mentoring a small team under him/her if assigned by the company.
-Will be responsible to sell multiple products and services of the company in the designated area.
-Will be responsible for timely collections of payments from the customers for the closed deals to meet the overall revenue targets of the month (as the actual target is calculated based on the actual revenue realized into company s account on the date of monthly closing).
-Regularly submit the sales progress report to the company management and present the same along with clear business plan for the upcoming months/quarters as per the company s format. Eligibility :- A master s degree preferably an MBA with Marketing/IT specialization with through-out first division.
