Mandatory skills : - 10-15 yrs. of experience in project/program management - Proven project/program management experience in mobility domain, owning the entire program and tracking the progress - - Proven system testing experience and demonstrated delivery capability - Strong work experience in project execution and tracking in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies - Managed team of at least 20 with exposure to multiple project deliveries - Ability to identify, track and improve various productivity metrics as per project need - SPOC for entire project, managing the customer effectively in all aspects - Running the project without any obstacle along with team and customer - Define role charters of team, functions both technical and operational Customer Engagement : - Liaising with stakeholders for resource requirement.
-Assess risks and plan for mitigation/contingency.
-Prepare and present weekly status report with customer - Prepare and present monthly program review with customer - Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Skills : - Proven project/program management experience in mobility domain - Running the program within the team and also with customer - Knowledge of telecom domain mainly Wireless and EPC/LTE, 3G/4G/5G, PGW, NFV/SDN etc.
