Qualifications and Essential Attributes : - An Engineering Degree/Master Degree from a reputed Institution.
-8 years of Work Experience, of which at least 2 to 4 years comprise leadership experience in the technology - telecom industry, and preferably 2 years plus experience of managing/architecting SDN/NFV Projects.
-Certifications - PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, Service Now System Administrator - Ability to create and drive Strategies and action plans. Excellent management, leadership and negotiation skills.
-Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate, interact and relate with officials at all levels of government, international bodies, associations and the media. Area of work : 2G, 3G, NodeB, RNC, LTE, eNodeB, IMS, VOLTE, NFV, Open Stack, Ansible, HP-Vertica, Oracle, HP-IRS, Microsoft CRM, Nagios, IBM Cognos BI Suite, Service Now implementation for case/ release/ knowledge management, Wireshark, Visio, Skype, Office Suite, SharePoint, Accountability includes : - Effective leadership and management of the Technology including building world-class technology platform and intellectual property with open and published interfaces, preparing and providing timely papers and submissions to the Board and other external parties, managing budgets and financial performance and improving internal systems - Maintain a sound technology position for Company through developing and maintaining key technology relationships with, suppliers and, major telecom standards development and certification organizations - Drive the planning process to advance Companys mission and objectives both strategic and aspirational to ensure revenue and profitability growth and adapting to meet new organizational opportunities - Proactively work with the Board in developing and implementing unified communication Industry policies and actions through consultation, research, analysis and production of industry briefings and submission - Effectively represent Company at forums and promote and advocate its positions to government and other stakeholders, responsible for developing networks, raising support for cloud telephony and identifying opportunities for the benefit of the industry - Develop and monitor the risk profile of unified communication and the industry - Anticipate industry-related issues and proactively resolve disruptions - Ensure the efficient provision of service to customers including training programs - Develop an effective network of chapter organizations
