Job Description : - 10 Years of Experience largely in Wireless Domain (3G/4G/LTE/5G) on the Packet Core Side - Have contributed in technical capacity for at latest 4-6 years in wireless technologies (Development) - Strong Communication Skills - Have managed a team of 15 team members Strong Project Mgmt. Skill : - Capability to manage, report, present and execute the governance model ensuring KPIs for project metrics meet/exceed expectations - Define operational execution strategy for delivering release content - Able to institutionalize Agile culture and DevOps practices/culture - Drive Program Reviews Desired Technical Skill : - Fronted customer/program escalations - Able to represent teams technically for RCA both within teams and outside - Interface with teams/Architects/TLTs in defining technical objectives
