The position
As a Senior Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incentive Compensation Program Management Office (PMO) Lead to manage a large:scale global incentive compensation program. The PMO will play a critical role in driving the success of the incentive compensation program and contributing to the organizations long:term strategic objectives. The individual should be adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast:paced environment, demonstrating resilience and the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges, particularly related to incentive compensation program management. This individual will work closely with delivery leaders and their respective teams, as well as engaging with stakeholders across 30 affiliates in three different regions
Program Oversight: Lead the overall program management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, with a specific focus on incentive compensation program expertise. Develop and maintain program governance structures, processes, and methodologies tailored to incentive compensation programs. Monitor program performance and manage program risks and issues effectively, particularly related to incentive compensation structures and processes.

Project Management Expertise a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential. Proficiency in program governance, risk management, and performance monitoring is crucial.

Stakeholder Engagement Engage with stakeholders across 30 affiliates in three different regions to understand their incentive compensation needs and ensure their requirements are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on incentive compensation program objectives. Act as a liaison between the program team and the diverse group of stakeholders, understanding their unique incentive compensation requirements and expectations.

Transition Management: Oversee the successful transition of the program to an in:house team, working closely with the transition manager to ensure a smooth handover, particularly related to incentive compensation processes and systems. Drive change management activities to support the transition and ensure minimal disruption to program operations, with a specific focus on incentive compensation process continuity and improvement.

Collaborate with the global program manager and change manager to ensure a holistic approach to the transition and change management process, paying particular attention to incentive compensation structures and processes.

Contribution to IC Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE): Contribute to the planning and establishment of the IC Analytics CoE, working with relevant stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of incentive compensation analytics and reporting. Collaborate with the global program manager and other relevant stakeholders to align the programs activities with the future needs and goals of the Analytics CoE, particularly related to incentive compensation data and reporting requirements. Ensure that the programs data and reporting requirements align with the future capabilities and objectives of the Analytics CoE, with a specific emphasis on incentive compensation analytics and reporting.
