How Youll Help Us Connect the World
As a Renewal Order Processor, youll play a vital role in the success of our global renewals business. Youll be responsible for managing the entire order life cycle, from initial order validation to final invoice.

A Day in Life:

Start your day by reviewing incoming renewal orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with Renewal Specialists to address customer inquiries and resolve any order discrepancies.

Prepare booking packages and update customer information in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity.
:
Work closely with Order Admin and Finance teams to streamline the order:to:cash process.
:
Analyze order trends and identify potential areas for process improvement.
Required Qualifications for Consideration

Minimum 1 year of professional experience
:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to use formulas and functions.

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast:paced environment with tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem:solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve order:related issues.
:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Detail:oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
