Job Role:-Senior Accountant

Salary: 30k to 40k
Experience:- 10 to 15 years
Education: Bachelor 's/Master 's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, -accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Oversee banking activities such as fund transfers, reconciliations, and managing cash flows.
- Handle personnel management related to payroll, benefits, and financial policies.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
- Manage purchase and sales transactions under GST regulations and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and timely filing of TDS returns.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and ensure timely submission of audit reports.
- Provide support in tax planning, compliance, and statutory filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime Gold latest version, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Experience in preparing and managing financial statements and audits.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, and Advanced Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication in English / Hindi is mandatory. Read, write, and speak in English & Hindi.
