Key Responsibilities :Sales Strategy and Execution :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for spot distribution.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media and entertainment industry.- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their spot distribution requirements.- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase PFT s offerings and capabilities.Account Management :- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for PFT.- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.Collaboration and Coordination :- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.- Provide feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experience.- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales, preferably within the spot distribution domain.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including trends and key players.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
