Your role will involve understanding client needs, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent support to enhance their overall satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :- Client Onboarding : Assist new clients in understanding our product/services and help them get started efficiently.- Customer Support : Address client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses.- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with our offerings.- Problem Solving : Proactively identify issues faced by clients and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.- Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from clients to understand their challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements.- Training & Education : Educate clients on product features, updates, and best practices to maximize their usage and satisfaction.- Reporting : Maintain records of customer interactions and keep track of client progress and satisfaction levels.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in any field (Freshers are welcome).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.- Eager to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
