The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring team performance, and fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, team management, and an understanding of the education or course-selling industry.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure continuous development and alignment with organizational goals.- Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and success.Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize course enrollments and revenue.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.Target Achievement:- Set individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Support BDMs in closing high-value deals and resolving challenges in the sales process.- Regularly track and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.Customer Relationship Management:- Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with leads and customers, fostering trust and long-term engagement.- Address escalations and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.Market Insights:- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and offerings.- Provide feedback to product development teams for course improvements and new opportunities.Process Optimization:- Streamline sales processes and implement tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity.- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales protocols, and ethical practices.
