Job Description : Divisional Sales ManagerReporting to : National Sales Head & dotted line to ManagementPosition Overview :We are seeking a results-driven Divisional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, focusing on business growth and development within our existing clientele. The ideal candidate will excel at nurturing long-lasting relationships with loyal customers, driving repeat sales, and re-engaging lapsed clients. This role requires strong people management skills and a strategic approach to maximize our business potential.Key Responsibilities :1. Business Growth :- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales from existing customers.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base.- Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed to achieve growth targets.2. Client Relationship Management :- Foster strong, enduring relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty.- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to understand client needs and concerns.- Establish a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service.3.
