Key Responsibilities & & & & & & Lead Generation & Channel Partner/Client Engagement Identify prospective channel partners/buyers, build and manage lead pipelines, and execute follow-ups on leads to foster engagement and convert prospects into site visits & & & & & & Relationship Building Conduct property visits, share product knowledge with channel partners/clients, and build long-term relationships & & & & & & Market Awareness & Reporting Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and competition. & & Qualifications & Skills & & & & & & Experience: Minimum 6 months in real estate sales or a closely related role with proven performance. & & & & & & Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline preferred. & & & & & & Competencies: o& & & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o& & & Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and basic understanding around Gurgaon Real Estate market. o& & & Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven. & & & & & & Mobility Requirement: Must have personal transport (car/motorbike) and valid driver s license; comfortable traveling across multiple locations in and around Gurgaon.
