-In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers, resolve their inquiries, and provide solutions to their needs.
-The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities :Customer Support : Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.Problem Solving : Identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively. Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.Communication : Maintain a positive and empathetic tone during interactions. Ensure clarity and understanding in all conversations.Call Management : Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. Follow up on customer queries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.Documentation : Record details of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Update customer accounts in the CRM system accurately.Compliance : Adhere to company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor s degree preferred Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is an advantage.Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and basic software tools.- Multitasking and time-management abilities.- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
