Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Chat Support Process)Customer-focused individuals to join our Chat Support Team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via chat, ensuring quick and accurate resolution of their queries while delivering a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Work Details: - Work Hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break) Shifts:- Men: Rotational shifts- Women: Day shift only - Week Off: Rotational (1 per week) - Working Days: 6 days a week Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries and complaints via chat support.
-Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
-Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the system.
-Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
-Identify and highlight recurring issues to help improve processes. Must-Have Skills & Attributes: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
-Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer operations.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Eagerness to learn, adapt, and implement new ideas.
