You ll execute on-page, technical, and off-page tasks, collaborate with Content, Design, and Development, and help scale organic traffic to product sites, landing pages, docs, and blogs.- Title: SEO Executive (Junior/Associate)- Level: Executive (1-2 years experience)- Function: Growth/Marketing- Reports to: Operations Manager (with dotted line to Growth Lead)- Location: Hyderabad, India - Hybrid - Employment: Full-time- Domain: Web3/Fintech- Start date: ASAP/TBDKey Responsibilities:Keyword Research & Planning:- Build and maintain keyword maps for product pages, launch pages, and documentation (L1/L2 blockchain, crypto cards, exchange, token pages, wallets, etc.).- Identify non-brand opportunities, long-tail queries, and topical clusters for Web3/Fintech audiences.On-Page SEO:- Draft/optimize titles, meta descriptions, H1-H3s, internal links, image alt text, and schema-ready copy.- Create SEO content briefs for writers (search intent, competitors, outlines, FAQs, internal links, schema suggestions).Technical SEO (with Dev support):- Run technical audits (crawl, indexation, canonicalization, sitemaps, robots, 404/301 hygiene, hreflang if needed).- Track and escalate Core Web Vitals and page speed tasks to devs (LCP/INP/CLS) with clear tickets.- Validate structured data (Organization, Product, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb, VideoObject, SoftwareApplication) using Rich Results tests.Content & Docs SEO:- Optimize official websites, whitepapers, docs, how- tos, and glossary pages for discoverability and EEAT.- Coordinate with Design for SEO-friendly visuals (SVG size, filenames, captions) and with 3D/Video teams for thumbnails and VideoObject schema.Off-Page & Authority:- Support ethical link-earning via digital PR, guest posts, ecosystem partnerships, dev community mentions (GitHub/Dev.to/Stack Overflow), and event listings.- Maintain a vetted outreach list and track placements (no spammy or paid PBN links).Analytics & Reporting- Set up/maintain GSC, GA4, Looker Studio dashboards; monitor clicks, impressions, rankings, CTR, and conversions.- Provide weekly status and monthly performance reports with insights and next actions.Compliance & Brand Safety:- Ensure copy and metadata follow Web3/Fintech compliance norms (avoid financial advice, no misleading claims, align disclaimers and T&Cs).- Align with tone/brand guidelines and avoid shilling style language.Scope of Work (What this role will deliver):- Quarterly SEO Plan: Targets by market/segment, keyword clusters, and content roadmap.- Monthly Execution: On-page optimizations (- 30 URLs), 2-4 technical improvements shipped with Dev, and 2-4 quality mentions/backlinks.- Content Briefs: 6-10 briefs/month for blogs, landing pages, docs, or FAQs.- Schema Rollout: Priority schema for key templates (Product/Feature, FAQ, Article, VideoObject).- CWV Action List: Prioritized ticket log with expected impact and owner.- Reporting: Weekly pulse monthly deep- dive deck with insights and experiments.Required Skills & Experience:- 1-2 years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in- house); Web3/Fintech or SaaS exposure - preferred.- Strong with Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb, GSC/GA4, PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse.- Solid on-page fundamentals (intent mapping, metadata, internal linking, basic content briefs).- Working knowledge of technical SEO (crawlability, canonicals, sitemaps, robots, CWV basics, schema).- Competent with Looker Studio dashboards and Excel/Sheets.- Clear written communication and ticket writing for Dev (Jira/Notion).- Exposure to crypto/Web3 communities (Reddit, X, Discord) for authority building.Nice to Have:- Basic HTML/CSS understanding for QA; exposure to Next.js/React rendering patterns (SSR/SSG/ISR) and their SEO implications.- Experience with multilingual/hreflang, YouTube SEO, and video schema.- Familiarity with docs-as-code and developer content SEO.Tooling:- SEO: Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog (or Sitebulb), GSC, GA4, PageSpeed, Lighthouse, Rich Results Test, Schema Markup Validator.- Collaboration: Jira/Notion/Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Looker Studio.
