Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and rankings.- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.- Perform regular SERP reporting to track keyword positions, competitor rankings, and SEO performance.- Handle on-page optimization, including meta tags, header tags, URL structure, internal linking, and schema markup.- Perform ongoing on-page SEO updates and audits to keep pages optimized.- Manage off-page SEO submissions, such as directory listings, blog commenting, social bookmarking, and outreach for backlinks.- Plan and execute a backlink strategy to improve domain authority.- Identify and fix crawl-related issues (like 404 errors, redirect loops, blocked pages) using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog-often in collaboration with the development team.- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to track traffic, site behavior, and SEO performance.- Monitor SEO KPIs including bounce rate, CTR, keyword rankings, and organic traffic growth.- Coordinate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices across content and code.- Stay updated on algorithm changes and search engine trends.- Generate and present regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights.- Have working knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and willingness to support performance marketing as needed.Qualifications:- Graduate or diploma holder with relevant SEO experience.- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).- Hands-on experience with major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly.- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
