We re looking for a dynamic PR/IR Executive to shape and elevate voice in the public and investment domain. This is a high-ownership role where you will lead storytelling for media, investors, and stakeholders - building strong narratives and managing relationships that drive trust, visibility, and long-term value.Key Responsibilities:Public Relations:- Create and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and credibility.- Build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers in business, startup, and real estate domains.- Draft press releases, articles, blogs, and event write-ups that align with the brand voice.- Manage interviews, press conferences, and speaking engagements for the leadership team.- Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communication when required.Investor Relations:- Assist in preparing investor decks, quarterly reports, and financial communication.- Support fundraising initiatives by crafting compelling investor narratives.- Coordinate with Family Offices, HNIs, VCs, and institutional partners for ongoing engagement.- Maintain and update the investor CRM, track communications, and schedule investor briefings.- Work closely with the Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams to ensure compliance and clarity in investor updates.Requirements:- 4-6 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or investor relations.- Strong writing and storytelling skills (English proficiency is a must).- Understanding of finance, investments, and the real estate ecosystem is a strong plus.- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace, and basic analytics (ref:updazz.com)
