Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.Roles and Responsibilities:- Overseeing the store s operations, allocating responsibilities, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.- Supervising and guiding staff to maximize performance.- Ensuring the store complies with all legal health and safety guidelines.- Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or display.- Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts.- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions.- Report to senior management on progress and issues.- Monitoring stock levels and purchases to ensure they stay within budget.Must have:- 6 year s experience in retail management, preferably overseeing multiple locations.- Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.- Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams effectively.- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Good to have:- Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention strategies.- Experience in designing and implementing training programs.- Proficiency in more than one language can be a plus, depending on the customer base.- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
