- Immediate candidates require- Location: Andheri East (T2 Airport)- Working Days: 6 Days- Working Timings: Rotational shift (24 hrs)Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.- Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.- Maintain in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections.- Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes.- Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clienteling and after-sales service.- Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines.Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales (lab-grown or natural diamonds) or from luxurious goods companies.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations).- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantageTechnical/Behavior Competencies:- Sales & Customer Service Skills- Communication & Interpersonal Skills- Personality & Behavioural Skills- Qualification : Graduation / HSC from recognized university- Language skills : Expertise in English Communication is mandatory (ref:updazz.com)
