About the Role:UpGrad is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Academic Counsellors/Senior Academic Counsellors. If you have a passion for guiding students and professionals in their educational journey and thrive in a sales-oriented environment, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance and counselling to prospective students regarding various programs.
-Drive enrolments by effectively communicating the value proposition of Upgrad s courses.
-Build and maintain relationships with potential learners through calls, emails, and meetings.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive experience for students.
-Collaborate with different teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Highly sales-oriented mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills.
-Ability to confidently engage with students and working professionals.
-Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated and goal-driven approach to work.
-Experience: Freshers to 4 years of relevant experience in sales/counselling roles.
-Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (ref:updazz.com)
