Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
• Follow communication guidelines and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to seniors or the concerned department.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality score, and customer satisfaction rating.
