Position Overview:We are looking for a mature and experienced professional with strong sales techniques and strategic closing skills to lead our sales closures. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, conducting client closure meetings, and finalizing deals both in-office and at client sites. This role requires ownership, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong focus on achieving sales and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Independently manage sales closures.- Conduct client closure meetings and close deals on the spot, both in-office and at client sites.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets as defined by the company.- Apply effective sales strategies, negotiation, and persuasion techniques to maximize deal value and conversions.- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all order closures in the CRM system.- Follow the CRM-based sales process and ensure seamless handover of projects to the Transformation Team post-closure.- Maintain professionalism and client satisfaction throughout the closure process.- Prepare and submit sales and revenue performance reports directly to the CEO.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover while maintaining independent ownership of the sales process.Key Result Areas (KRAs):- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.- Number and success rate of client closure meetings.- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM documentation.- Client satisfaction and repeat business rate.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.- 5-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in architecture, real estate, interior design, construction, or related industries.- Strong command over sales strategies, revenue generation, and client closure techniques.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to work independently and drive results with accountability.- Proficiency in CRM tools and structured sales reporting.- Travel required across Delhi, Haryana, UP and nearby regions for client closure meetings and deal finalization.Preferred Candidate:A mature, confident, and well-spoken female professional from the architecture, real estate, or related industry, with strong expertise in sales strategy, negotiation, and deal closures in high ticket to HNI customers.Why Join Us:At LifeWall, we re redefining residential outdoor living through innovation, precision, and transparency.
