We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager with deep expertise in steel industry (FLAT STEEL) sales and a strong track record in client acquisition.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value enterprise deals across industrial sectors.Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Business Development- Identify and target new enterprise clients in manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, and construction sectors.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
-Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations. Sales Strategy & Execution - Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
-Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, technical) to deliver customized solutions.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approach. Revenue & Performance Management - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
-Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
-Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
-Minimum 8 years of experience in steel sales, with at least 3 years in enterprise- level client acquisition.
-Strong network within the steel-consuming industries.
-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
-Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.Preferred Attributes: - Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality. (ref:updazz.com)
