Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reginal Sales Manager to oversee all business development functions in Gurgaon. This role will be responsible for driving the company s sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both operational management and business development, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all business development functions for the north Region.
-Identify and approach potential B2B clients, pitch FuelBuddy s services, and convert leads into long term customers.
-Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency across the region.
-Identify and target potential business opportunities and clients, building FuelBuddy s presence in the local market.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
-Drive sales performance, meeting and exceeding targets by proactively managing sales pipelines and executing follow-up strategies.
-Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure team goals are met and performance standards are upheld.
-Collaborate across-department with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and operational execution.
-Oversee market research and competitor analysis to keep up with industry trends and client needs.
-Manage client accounts, ensuring timely collections and effective credit cycle management.
-Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic updates to senior management. Requirements: - Years of experience in B2B sales or Enterprise/SME Sales, preferably in the fuel, Logistics, Lubricants, Industrial Products, Construction, Travels, Healthcare, Automotive, or related industries.
-Proven leadership experience in managing both sales and operations teams.
-In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and business development strategies.
-Strong understanding of sales and operational dynamics.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
-Ability to drive results while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
-Must own a vehicle and a laptop for work purposes.
