- Job Title: Academic Program Sales Manager - Global Curriculum (India)- Experience-2-5 yrs- Notice period- immediate joiners- CTC- 5-7LPAJob Summary:- The company is looking for a motivated and strategic Academic Program Sales Manager to drive the adoption of Global academic program across universities and colleges in India.
-This role is instrumental in empowering higher education institutions to integrate Global Career Certificates and industry-aligned learning into their programs, supporting NEP 2020 objectives and enhancing student employability.- You ll be responsible for building relationships with academic leaders, aligning program offerings with regulatory frameworks, and driving successful partnerships across the Indian education ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with senior academic leaders (Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, Curriculum Heads) to promote Global Career Certificates and industry-recognized courses.- Customize and present value propositions aligned with UGC/AICTE norms, NEP 2020 guidelines, and institutional goals.- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of partner institutions, from initial outreach to final onboarding.- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, events and academic workshops to support decision-making and awareness.- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform curriculum localization and institutional strategy.- Represent Company at education expos, conclaves, and university-level events across India.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Education, or related field (Master s or MBA preferred).- 5-7 years of experience in B2B or academic sales, institutional partnerships, or EdTech in India.- Strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and regulatory environment (UGC, AICTE, NAAC).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Willingness to travel across regions and work in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience promoting skill-based learning, EdTech solutions, or certification programs in academia.- Existing relationships with key stakeholders in Indian universities and colleges.
