Job Description:- Provide freight service information to customers.- Handle inbound and outbound calls.- Search clients from Google or online exporter sites and generate leads by making cold calls & emails.- Cold calling from available data.- Resolve queries and encourage freight service purchases.- Lead generation from database and online sources.- Fix appointments and build client relationships.- Achieve quarterly sales targets.- Deal with shipping lines, domestic and international agents for pricing requirements.- Ability to generate sales and leads independently.Qualifications:- 4 months-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.- Good communication skills - Oral & Written.
