Key Responsibilities- Drive collections for the assigned portfolio to ensure control over delinquency and NPA levels.
-Monitor bucket-wise collection performance and take corrective action as needed.
-Manage, guide, and motivate field executives, collection agencies, and outsourced partners to achieve targets.
-Implement effective collection strategies and customer engagement practices in line with regulatory and company guidelines.
-Conduct follow-ups, field visits, and customer interactions for recovery, negotiation, or settlement for complex cases.
-Prepare and maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and analysis reports.
-Coordinate with legal teams for initiating legal actions and recovery processes when required.
-Maintain market intelligence and propose process improvements for efficient recovery operations.
-Ensure adherence to RBI, legal, and organizational compliance protocols. Skills & Competencies - In-depth knowledge of NBFC lending products and collection processes.
-Strong customer negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
-Proficiency in data interpretation and performance analysis.
