Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end order processing from order acceptance to invoicing.- Prepare & share Proforma Invoices, Rent Contracts, damage PFIs, and monthly invoices.- Coordinate dispatches, material movement, and maintain dispatch-ready records.- Liaise with operations, QC, logistics, and customers for order status, schedules, documentation, and collections.- Handle customer communication regarding invoices, schedules, payments, and dispatch planning.- Maintain contract files, MIS reports, forecasts, and order closure documentation.- Manage project-related Purchase Contracts: review POs/contracts, coordinate technical documents, handle KOM meetings, production follow-ups, logistics & shipping documentation.- Manage LC processes with vendors and customers, and ensure timely reporting.
