With a strong commitment to delivering high-speed broadband services, the company has established a significant market presence and is continuously expanding its customer base.Job Description: Community Sales Executive / Senior ExecutiveLocation: HyderabadExperience : Should have min 1-4 years experience in any Direct SalesQualification: 12th/PUC/Graduate/Diploma Type of Role: Individual contributorWorking Days: 6 days working (Mon-Saturday) 9:30 am to 7:00 pm Age Criteria : Age not more than 37 yearsLanguage : Telugu, English, HindiPurpose of the role:The primary purpose of the Community Sales Executive/Senior Executive role is to drive business growth by acquiring new customers within designated residential communities (gated societies). The role focuses on maximizing the organization s revenue by achieving individual sales targets through direct sales activities, relationship building, lead generation, and on-ground marketing initiatives.Job Description :- Sell company products/services to community (gated societies) customers in their assigned territory. Extensive travelling required in their assigned territory (35-40 kms per day).- Generating own leads through managing and developing relationships through various channels like building associations, customer referrals, retailers & service enterprises.- Conducting BTL marketing activities through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Brochure Distribution to customers inside the assigned apartments etc.- Conducting & participating in on ground activities, events in the gated societies and executing - permanent branding of the client in the gated societies.- Generating sales from newly connected apartment projects and low penetration apartments of the client.Eligibility Criteria :- Experience as Sales Executive in the Service Sector, preferably with ISP / Telecom, open to industries like Banking/Insurance/FMCG/Real Estate/Education or any other industry, provided they are open for field sales.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off and rotational day shifts.
