Role:The Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to students and researchers, explaining PhD assistance services, and converting leads into clients.Key Responsibilities:- Call and follow up with students, researchers, and institutions.- Explain services like proposal writing, thesis support, research paper help, etc.- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services.- Maintain and update lead and client data properly.- Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Coordinate with the business development and academic teams for smooth service delivery.- Build a good relationship with clients and handle basic queries.- Share client feedback and support continuous improvement.Skills Required:- Good communication and convincing skills.- Confidence in handling calls and client interactions.- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.- Target-driven and positive attitude.Qualification & Experience:- Bachelor s degree in any field.- 0-3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales (education or service industry preferred).
