You will handle calls, explain our services, and help in converting leads into clients.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to research scholars and students.- Explain about PhD assistance services such as topic selection, research writing, and data analysis.- Follow up with interested scholars and maintain a good relationship.- Keep records of calls and client details in the database.- Work with the sales and marketing team to achieve daily and monthly targets.- Provide regular updates and reports to the manager.Requirements:- Good communication and convincing skills.- Basic knowledge of PhD research and academic services (training will be provided).- Positive attitude and ability to handle calls professionally.- Any degree with interest in sales and customer interaction.- Freshers can also apply.
