Job Title: B2G Sales ExecutiveLocation: DelhiWe are seeking an experienced and proactive B2G Sales Executive to manage government relationships, drive sales, and lead tender/proposal activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in government procurement processes, licensing, documentation, and liaison with multiple government departments. If you have strong networking abilities and a passion for working with public-sector clients, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities and Expectations:- Engage in government networking, including visits to departments, ministries, councils, and public-sector bodies.- Act as a government liaison for communication, documentation, and follow-ups with officials.- Identify government opportunities through market research, policy updates, and upcoming projects.- Monitor and track tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and opportunities across GeM, CPPP, and state procurement portals.- Draft, review, and submit proposals, tenders, and compliance documents on time.- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, demos, and workshops with government officials.- Vet and maintain lead lists for relevant government departments and public institutions.- Use product knowledge to present the company s solutions in alignment with government needs and guidelines.- Maintain and update government-specific documentation such as licenses, registrations, certifications, and compliance reports.- Use CRM/software tools to track pipeline progress, tenders, meetings, and follow-ups.- Prepare weekly reports on tender status, government meetings, and sales progress.- Negotiate proposals, commercial terms, and project scopes within government procurement norms.- Maintain strong relationships with existing government clients and ensure high satisfaction.- Attend training to stay updated on government procurement policies, digital initiatives, and product updates.Requirements and Qualifications:- Previous working experience in B2G Sales, Government Liaison, Tender Management, or Institutional Sales (minimum 2-4 years).- Experience with Education Institutes, Skill Councils, Government Departments, or ERP/IT vendors is preferred.- Strong understanding of government procurement systems (GeM, CPP Portal, State e-Tenders).- Proven experience in proposal drafting, tender compliance, and documentation.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with proficiency in English.- Strong networking aptitude with the ability to engage government officials confidently.- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple tenders and deadlines.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.- BA/MBA in Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
