Whether it s a quiet office or a busy restaurant, a display system or a comprehensive meeting room requirement, our systems ensure seamless integration, all with simple, user-friendly controls designed for effortless operation.Job Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Audio-Visual Integration and Unified Communication sectors. This role is responsible for driving enterprise and mid-market sales, managing end-to-end solution selling, and building relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, project managers, and technology decision-makers. Job Description:- Drive business development in the Audio-Visual Integration and Unified Communication segments, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients.- Identify and engage key stakeholders including AV consultants, architects, and project managers to promote AV solutions.- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing.- Collaborate with the project management and designing teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Understand customer pain points and position customized AV/VC solutions accordingly.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback for management.- Knowledge of AV technologies, UC platforms, and IT integration principle.Requirements:- 5 bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales within the - Audio Visual or Unified Communication industry.- Proven track record in enterprise and mid-market sales.- Strong experience in field sales with excellent client relationship skills.
